EXPORT MANAGER – EMEA

BATTIPAV, a company based in Cotignola (RA), that designs, manufactures and sells construction machinery and equipment worldwide, is recruiting a professional for its foreign sales team. The employee will be included in the Commercial office to date composed of 2 export managers, 1 Italy sales manager and 3 back office colleagues. The objective of the figure is to manage and develop the international market with a main focus in the Arab Markets.

 

Who are we looking for?

The ideal person speaks English very well and has at least 5 years of experience in the role of export manager for companies with an engineering background, active in B2B markets and is capable of managing international sales networks with distributors. Experience in managing Arab markets will be appreciated.

What will you do?

After appropriate training and shadowing, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Management of commercial negotiations
  • Definition of discounts and commercial conditions
  • Defining commercial strategies by area
  • Expansion of customer’s product portfolio
  • Drafting price list and product positioning
  • Catalog content definition
  • Forecast creation and maintenance
  • Monitoring competitive commercial presence and development in specific markets
  • Analysis of potential opportunities in the market (unmet customer needs, competitor products)
  • Monitoring of trends in each market
  • Preparation of year-end Budget and Reporting
  • Mentoring and training the sales force of business partners on BATTIPAV products
  • Participation and coaching at trade shows
  • Involvement in the creation of marketing strategies
  • Managing relationships with the technical department for customer support

Remuneration will depend on the seniority level of the candidates.
