DIRECTIONS and DETAILS
The Manufacturer provides a two-year (2-year) warranty on products supplied to the Importer, provided that the products are used in accordance with the specifications set out in the relevant manuals.
Any component deemed defective must be reported to Battipav, with a detailed description of the issue and all relevant machine information: serial number, year of manufacture, and supporting videos and photos.

VISION AND VALIDITY
The Manufacturer reserves the right to inspect any part deemed defective by the Importer and to verify the validity of the defect or failure.
In such cases, if the Manufacturer requests the part, it must be delivered to the Manufacturer at the Importer’s expense. Subsequently, following analysis by the technical department, if the part is confirmed to be defective, a replacement will be provided under warranty at the Manufacturer’s expense.

NON-COVERAGE
The warranty does not cover breakage caused by failure to follow the technical and operating instructions provided by the manufacturer or by improper maintenance.
