Strict quality control on chosen materials and tests carried out on our products, allow us to offer a 2 years warranty against faults of materials and manufacture.
The following are not included in the warranty: faults due to incorrect use, normal wear and tear of materials, and incorrect maintenance.
INFO & DETAILS
The Producer guarantees the products supplied to the Importer for 2 (two) years, provided that the use of the products is carried out in compliance with the specifics indicated in the related manuals.
Each component considered defective must be communicated to Battipav describing the occurred problem, in detail, and all the information relevant to the machine: serial number, production year, movies and pictures.

VALIDITY
The Producer reserves the right to view each piece considered defective from the Importer and to ascertain the validity of the defect/fault.
In this case, if the producer requests the part, it has to be delivered to the producer at the cost of the importer. Hence, after analysis of the technical department, it’s considered as defected, the part will be supplied under warranty at the cost of the producer.

INVALIDITY
The warranty does not cover the breakings, which were caused by non-observance of engineering and service instructions provided by the Producer and incorrect maintenance.
Should the Importer make any changes to the goods, the warranty becomes invalid.
