I grew up surrounded by entrepreneurship. In the garage beneath our family home, where I was born and raised, my parents, Ketty and Claudio, founded what was then a small business venture in 1983. From an early age, I witnessed firsthand the meaning of sacrifice, determination, and passion for one’s work, values that have profoundly shaped both my personal and professional journey.

Today, I have the privilege of leading the company my parents founded more than forty years ago. My goal is to continue growing this business by investing in innovation, people, and quality, while preserving the spirit and values that have defined it since the very beginning.

I firmly believe that a company’s success comes from its ability to continuously evolve and to build a motivated and highly skilled team. For this reason, I consider our more than 55 employees to be one of our greatest assets and the driving force that enables us to embrace new challenges every day.

Under my leadership, Battipav continues to design and manufacture electric masonry saws, manual tile cutters, and submersible pumps, bringing the excellence of Made in Italy to more than 90 countries worldwide. I look to the future with the same enthusiasm and ambition that transformed a family garage into an internationally recognized company.

My journey with Battipav began in 1989, and since then I have had the privilege of supporting the company’s growth for more than three decades, experiencing firsthand the challenges, changes, and achievements that have shaped its evolution.

In the early years, my focus was primarily on developing the Italian market. Later, I turned my attention to international markets, which, supported by the company’s continuous investments, offered greater opportunities for rapid growth and expansion.

As the company grew, so did my role. Over time, I took on responsibilities related to the coordination and supervision of an expanding sales team, contributing to the definition of business objectives and working closely with the company’s management to share results, strategies, product developments, and new growth opportunities.

What has never changed is my approach to work. I firmly believe that trust, integrity, and respect for people are the true foundations of every long-lasting business relationship. Numbers are important, but they are always the result of relationships built over time through expertise, passion, and consistency.

After so many years, I continue to look to the future with the same enthusiasm I had at the beginning of my career. I am proud to be part of a company that has successfully established itself on the international stage while preserving the values that have made it a benchmark in its industry.

Since joining Battipav in 2022, I have been committed to establishing and developing the Human Resources function, drawing on my background in psychology and my focus on process development, communication enhancement, and workplace well-being. Guided by a strong entrepreneurial mindset, my role is centered on fostering both individual and organizational growth by identifying and enhancing the talents, skills, and potential that contribute to the success of the entire company.

Together with the HR team, I oversee all key Human Resources activities, including personnel administration, recruitment and selection, and internal communication. I am also responsible for the design, development, and implementation of training programs, team-building initiatives, and employee engagement and climate surveys, with the goal of supporting our people, strengthening collaboration, and promoting a positive and productive work environment.

I firmly believe that people are the driving force behind every successful organization. For this reason, I am committed to creating the conditions in which individuals can grow professionally, express their full potential, and actively contribute to the achievement of the company’s objectives and long-term success.

Since joining Battipav in 1995, I have been responsible for information systems and technological innovation, contributing to the company’s digital evolution and supporting its ongoing growth. Following many years of experience in graphic design and visual communication, I specialized in Full Stack web and intranet development, combining technical expertise with a strong focus on business needs and user experience.

Today, I lead the IT Department, overseeing infrastructure, information systems, cybersecurity, innovation projects, and technical support for all business functions. I am driven by a proactive and entrepreneurial approach that enables me to embrace new challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and transform business requirements into effective and practical solutions.

I believe that technology should be a strategic asset capable of creating value, improving efficiency, and fostering collaboration across the organization. For this reason, I am committed to promoting innovation that supports both operational excellence and long-term business development.

I continue to look to the future with curiosity, passion, and enthusiasm, and I am proud to contribute to the growth of a company that successfully competes on the international stage while remaining firmly rooted in the values that have shaped its identity.

A native of Cotignola, just like Battipav, I joined the company with a strong connection to the local community, only to discover that our shared roots were not the only values we had in common.

Within the Marketing and Communication Department, our objective extends beyond developing a strong brand identity. We aim to build meaningful connections with people who share our values, while embracing the opportunities and innovations offered by the ever-evolving digital landscape.

My journey with Battipav began in 1990, when I was entrusted by the company’s management with the responsibility of establishing the Purchasing Department. It was a challenging and stimulating opportunity that I embraced with passion, navigating the many changes and developments that have shaped both our markets and our products over the years.

Curiosity, determination, and a forward-looking mindset have always defined my approach to work. These qualities have enabled me to build and strengthen an international supplier network extending well beyond Europe, which today represents a strategic asset for the company’s operations and growth.

I believe that success in this role comes from the ambition to go beyond perceived limits and the willingness to explore opportunities where others may see obstacles. Building strong relationships, anticipating market trends, and identifying innovative solutions have been key elements of my professional journey.

Today, while continuing to embody the company’s values and strategic vision with the same passion and entrepreneurial spirit, I lead the Purchasing Team and contribute, as part of the Research & Development Team, to transforming innovative ideas into tangible products and concrete business opportunities.

I joined Battipav in 1997 as a Mechanical Designer, beginning a professional journey that has evolved alongside the company’s growth and technological development. Starting with 2D CAD design, I had the opportunity to witness and actively contribute to one of the most significant transformations in engineering: the transition from two-dimensional drafting to advanced 3D design technologies.

Experiencing this evolution firsthand has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. From the very beginning, I was entrusted with a high degree of autonomy and encouraged to work with increasingly innovative tools and technologies, allowing me to expand my expertise, embrace new challenges, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products.

Since 2024, I have served as Technical Office Manager, a role that enables me to leverage the experience and knowledge gained over many years while supporting the development of new projects and fostering innovation within the company.

I firmly believe that a strong understanding of engineering fundamentals is essential for continuous growth and for successfully embracing the technologies of the future. Innovation is built on solid foundations, and this is one of the most important values I strive to share with younger colleagues, just as it was passed on to me throughout my professional journey.

By combining experience, technical expertise, and a forward-looking mindset, I remain committed to supporting Battipav’s ongoing development and contributing to a culture of innovation that continues to drive the company’s success in international markets.

I began my career at Battipav in 1990 as an apprentice, taking my first steps on a path that has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally within the company. Starting with the most fundamental tasks, I gradually developed my skills and experience, progressing to the assembly of increasingly complex machines and gaining a deep understanding of our products and manufacturing processes.

Through dedication, hands-on experience, and the trust placed in me over the years, I had the opportunity to take on new responsibilities, first as Assistant Workshop Manager and later as Production Manager. These roles enabled me to develop valuable leadership and organizational skills, while reinforcing the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and efficient production management.

I firmly believe in the value of respect and care for colleagues, the workplace, and the work we carry out every day. Creating a positive and collaborative environment is essential to achieving shared goals and maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
